We are looking for an Analytics Team Lead who will take responsibility for developing our analytics department: data architecture, key metrics, process automation, and the quality of analytical solutions. This role is for a specialist who wants to do more than just work with data; they want to lead the department, influence decisions, and impact business results.
Who we are:
We are a team with over 8 years of experience in traffic purchasing and monetization. Our focus is on efficiency, scaling, and data-driven decision making. In recent years, we have been actively developing our own mobile applications (Android/iOS) and building an internal analytics and automation system. Due to expansion, we are looking for a strong Analytics Team Lead.
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or analytics infrastructure roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics and digital advertising.
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading an analytics team.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R (3+ years of hands-on experience).
- Advanced SQL skills and practical experience working with BigQuery.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data system architecture and scalability principles.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Looker.
- Experience working with tracking and attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Voluum, and AppMetrica.
- High level of independence and personal responsibility for results.
- Location: Eurozone countries.
- Experience working with APIs and a solid understanding of integration principles.
- Practical experience with Docker and cloud services (Cloud Run, Workflows, Artifact Registry, and similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills and structured, systematic thinking.
- High attention to detail, strong self-organization, and accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical and technical conclusions to non-technical teams.
- Higher education in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, data science, information technology, or related fields.
- Experience in developing algorithms, including complex data processing and automation logic.
- Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on impact on Gross Profit, ARPU, ROI, Retention, and LTV.

Your tasks:
- Audit and assess the company’s current analytics and data infrastructure.
- Manage and lead the analytics team (2 Data Analysts).
- Design and develop analytical and functional dashboards reflecting key metrics for buying, creatives, product, and business teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and support automation algorithms for traffic acquisition, including complex business logic and adaptation to new traffic sources.
- Collect and integrate data through advertising and product platform APIs.
- Perform predictive and proactive analytics to identify issues before they arise.
- Identify growth points and opportunities for scaling.
- Calculate user LTV and analyze the key factors affecting it.
- Perform deep analysis of conversion funnels and actively participate in their optimization.
- Conduct analytical research focused on revenue growth.
- Lead the analytics team by setting priorities, developing competencies, mentoring, participating in hiring, and scaling the team.
