Idea&Video Content Researcher

We are looking for an Idea and Video Content Researcher who wants to start a career in mobile performance marketing.

Your daily tasks will include viewing and analyzing a large amount of advertising video content from various sources, as well as analyzing and identifying effective ideas that can be adapted for mobile app advertising and promotional offers.

SonderAds is a marketing team that creates viral commercials and develops its own applications. We focus on short videos that grab attention from the very first second and help our marketing team achieve outstanding results.

What we expect from you:

• You are ready for routine work - researching ideas can take up your entire workday.
• You are attentive to detail and know how to structure and analyze information.
• You love social media, follow trends, and understand which videos grab attention from the very first second.
• You know how to look at ideas not only intuitively, but also through analysis of approaches.
• You know how to spot cool ideas where others see just content.

Your tasks?

• Watch and analyze videos for 4–8 hours a day, carefully reviewing clips based on relevant queries.
• Analyze trends on social media, identifying successful formats, and adapting them to the company's goals.
• Work with analytical tools to track what competitors are launching and find ideas that can be adapted to our advertising campaigns.
• Develop scripts for commercials that grab attention from the very first second.
• Generate creative ideas for promoting applications.
