We are a team with over 8 years of experience in marketing. We create viral commercials and develop our own applications. We focus on short videos that grab attention from the very first seconds and help our marketing team achieve outstanding results.

What we expect from you:

✨ You love social media, create content, and follow trends.

✨ You understand how to make a video that will grab viewers' attention from the very first seconds.

✨ You have a feel for current ideas and know how to adapt them to different tasks.

✨ You can easily turn creative chaos into clear technical tasks.

✨ Your location: Europe, Asia, Balkans.

Your tasks?

🚀 Watching and analyzing videos for 4–5 hours a day, carefully analyzing clips based on relevant queries.

🚀 Analyzing trends on social media, identifying successful formats, and adapting them to the company's goals.

🚀 Working with analytical tools: track what competitors are launching and find ideas that can be adapted to our advertising campaigns.

🚀 Developing scripts for commercials that grab attention from the very first seconds.

🚀 Generating non-standard ideas for promoting applications.

🔥 Paid internship (1 month) - during this time, you will undergo training with practical tasks, get to know the team, and understand whether the format and tasks suit you.
