Motion designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating and refining video creatives for advertising campaigns. This position is for you if you want to develop your skills in advertising video production, performance-driven creatives, and see the impact of your work on campaign results.

Who we are:

We are a team with over 8 years of experience in traffic purchasing and monetization. In recent years, we have been actively developing our own mobile applications (Android/iOS). Video is an important part of our advertising funnel, so we are strengthening our motion design team and looking for a specialist who understands the logic of advertising creatives, not just the technical side of editing.

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience as a motion designer and/or video editor.
• Proven experience working with advertising creatives and performance-driven video content.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate and optimize the editing workflow.
• Strong understanding of editing principles, composition, pacing, and video rhythm.
• Ability to work effectively with short-form video formats (TikTok, Reels, Ads).
• Confident proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Ability to implement scriptwriter ideas and adapt them to specific platform formats and requirements.
• High level of independence, responsibility, and strong time management skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly apply changes and edits.

Your tasks:

• Edit creative video content for advertising traffic sources.
• Trim footage, add animations, visual effects, text, and sound elements.
• Implement scripts and creative concepts into finished, ready-to-launch videos.
• Automate editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools.
• Adapt videos to different formats and platform-specific requirements.
• Make fast iterations and refinements based on test and performance results.
• Work closely with the creative team (scriptwriters, designers, and sound designers).
